- Access to the apartment is denied or impossible
- The landlord or agent cancels and no alternative is available
- The service cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we may offer:
- Rescheduling
- Partial refund
- Alternative service (e.g., neighborhood-only check)
Refund decisions are made at our discretion.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested as early as possible
- Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund

- Travel time across cities like Milan (often 45–60+ minutes one way)
- Time spent on-site
