  • Access to the apartment is denied or impossible
  • The landlord or agent cancels and no alternative is available
  • The service cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling
  • Partial refund
  • Alternative service (e.g., neighborhood-only check)

Refund decisions are made at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested as early as possible
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund

Our pricing reflects:

  • Travel time across cities like Milan (often 45–60+ minutes one way)
  • Time spent on-site
